Inductions were often incomplete, undocumented, or varied by location, exposing the business to safety, compliance, and liability risks. There was no standardised method to ensure contractors were aware of emergency exits, siren alerts, hazardous zones or safe work areas before commencing work.

Accessible from any mobile device, the solution enables contractors to complete site-specific inductions remotely or on-site, without requiring integration into the enterprise identity management system. This allows fast, secure onboarding of external users such as contractors, visitors and mobile workers. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict access controls and audit trails to ensure regulatory compliance. The module integrates seamlessly with Unifii’s broader Operations Cloud platform, leveraging its low-code workflow engine, structured exception management framework and advanced reporting suite. Real-time dashboards and analytics provide full visibility into induction status, access authorisations and non-compliance events, enabling operational leaders to proactively manage risk across all sites. The architecture is horizontally scalable, supporting deployment across hundreds of locations and thousands of concurrent users without performance degradation.

Supercheap Auto now enjoys a standardised digital induction process where all contractors now complete a site-specific digital induction covering emergency protocols, hazards and access rules. Access is automatically restricted until induction is complete, reducing unauthorised entries and associated risk. This has totally transformed safety awareness as contractors are briefed on sirens, emergency exits and safe work zones, resulting in enhanced situational awareness and reductions in incidents.
